A cosy cottage with plenty of original features like oak beams and a slit window, Severn Cottage is part of a barn conversion overlooking the Cambrian Mountains in Mid Wales. It has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor and a bedroom on the first floor featuring a four poster double bed.
Severn Cottage is for the romantic-at-heart with a four-poster bed and a cosy sofa in the rafters of the old barn. Look carefully and you will see the year the barn was built – 1847 – carved in the exposed roof truss.
Downstairs is open plan with kitchen, dining and lounge areas. The kitchen has a microwave, washing machine, gas hob, fan oven and a fridge with freezer compartment. Nearby a dining table seats two. The lounge has a leather sofa, coffee table, satellite TV and DVD player. The cottage’s WiFi network provides broadband internet access throughout.
The cottage has recently been renovated with new carpets and modern kitchen and shower room.
Outside there is a terraced area where you can enjoy a glass or two of wine and enjoy the fabulous views.
No smoking or vaping inside please.
