Book a cottage

A warm welcome in Mid Wales

Grace and Adrian invite you to stay in one of our self catering holiday cottages set on a hillside overlooking the Upper Wye Valley in Mid Wales, one of the most beautiful areas of the country.

Located near Llangurig, first village on the river Wye. Our four cottages are each equipped to a high standard and are a great base for walkers and cyclists. We welcome dogs.

Our Cottages

Wye View was originally a barn, constructed over 170 years ago from welsh stone and slate. Tastefully converted, these stylish cottages now offer modern day amenities whilst retaining the charms of the past.

All four cottages have central heating, fully equipped fitted kitchens, dining area, shower rooms, lounge with HD TV and Wi-Fi.

Our prices include bed linen, towels, heating and electricity. Book direct with us and there is no booking fee!

Elan

Severn

Sleeps 2, a romantic retreat for a couple.

Hafren

Sleeps 4, suits a family with children.

Wye

Hafren 1st October 2020

Had such a lovely time here and although we were only here for 2 days we loved Hafren Forest (although the drive up to it isn’t for the faint hearted). We also went to a Nature Reserve + saw the Red Kites – good walks too. The cottage itself is spotlessly clean with lovely touches […]

Excellent stay (as always!) Great day out yesterday – Elan Valley, over the hills to Devils Bridge, on to Aberystwyth for a cheeky fish & chips by the sea and finally late afternoon at Aberdovey. We were blessed by the weather. Tim, Tammy, Charlotte.

The cottage stay has been super chilled. The hosts were super helpful before and during the stay. The cottage was clean and well stocked. The views are amazing too. Watching the sheep on the mountain has become a pastime. A fabulous weekend so a massive thank you. Marline and Nick.

Thank you so much for a wonderful cottage. Elan is comfortable and cosy and very well equipped. We’ve had a fantastic stay, exploring the Elan Valley, Devils Bridge and walks along the Wye river. The views from the cottage are amazing and we loved seeing the birds whilst we washed up. Jenson loved the doggy […]

We love staying in Wales and this cottage made it extra special. Immaculate, very welcoming and cosy. A lovely few days and will be recommending Wye View to friends and family. We appreciate the hard work by Grace and Adrian, even more so in these challenging times. Sue, Stu & Harvey.

Hafren 20th September 2020

Brilliant cottage, everything we’d hoped for and backup up by brilliant sunny weather the whole week. Been out quite a bit. Nice day at New Quay being hot & sunny. Super walks around Elan Valley and reservoir, Hafren Forest, Gilfach Nature Reserve, Hafod. Devil’s Bridge is well worth a visit but not if you have […]

Fabulous cottage, perfectly clean and lots of extras. Beautiful area – lots of visits to Elan Valley (free car parks available), loved the red kites at Gigrin (sat in field, great views) + trip to the seaside at Aberaeron. Really enjoyed ourselves worn out now + need another holiday!
