A warm welcome in Mid Wales

Grace and Adrian invite you to stay in one of our self catering holiday cottages set on a hillside overlooking the Upper Wye Valley in Mid Wales, one of the most beautiful areas of the country.

Located near Llangurig, first village on the river Wye. Our four cottages are each equipped to a high standard and are a great base for walkers and cyclists. We welcome dogs.

Our Cottages

Wye View was originally a barn, constructed over 170 years ago from Welsh stone and slate. Tastefully converted, these stylish cottages now offer modern day amenities whilst retaining the charms of the past.

All four cottages have central heating, fully equipped fitted kitchens, dining area, shower rooms, lounge with HD TV and Wi-Fi.

Our prices include bed linen, towels, heating and electricity. Book direct with us and there is no booking fee!

Sleeps 4, great for a family or two couples.

Sleeps 2, a romantic retreat for a couple.

Sleeps 4, suits a family with children.

Sleeps 2/3, ideal for a couple or a family with one child.

Wonderful stay in this cosy, well-equipped cottage and very welcoming hosts. Enjoyed cycling the Elan Valley Trail from Rhayader (Clive Powell Bikes were really helpful, and good quality bikes). Fortunate to have tea and cake at the Penbont House tea rooms on the way back – first day business allowed to open outside!! Lots of […]

So good! The cottage exceeded expectations in every way. Great attention to detail, we needn’t pack the kitchen sink next time! Location made for a great base for a week of cycling, the endless tracks of the Hafren forest were a highlight! Will recommend and hope to return! Pete & Vicky

A very pleasant surprise to find a gem of a cottage, everything perfect and really appreciated the beverage tray & fresh eggs – had great days out in Elan Valley, the kite feeding park and Aberystwyth. Hope to return in the future. Lee, Bev, Grace & Ty.

A much needed break in this magnificent part of Wales that we have driven through on countless occasions to and from Snowdonia on the A470 but after this week we have fallen in love with. Easter Day on the summit of Pen Pumlumon which Nick has been waiting to climb for years; a bitingly cold […]
